Which credentials do I use?

This service uses the same credentials that you use to login to the STFC User OfficeYour username is the email address that you registered your account with.

I can't login?

If you have trouble logging in, please try using the STFC User Office Login PageFrom there, you will be able to reset your password if necessary.

What about Federal credentials?

If you have Federal credentials and have linked them to your STFC User Office account, then you can login with those. However, we recommend that you use your STFC User Office credentials for all logins because not all services allow Federal logins eg. IDAaaS Workspaces.
